Diamond & Gemstone jewelry items may be returned within 10 days from the day of receipt.  All other items may be returned within 30 days, failure to return within the allowed period may result in a restocking service charge.  Claims for shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of the shipment.  Do not throw away any of the packing materials and contact our customer service department for complete instructions.
